I quit breakfast, lunch, and dinner

I don't eat all the meals as we were taught to do, but I eat when I'm hungry and discovered it solves many issues I had.

I don't need to look for something to eat in the morning. I'm not hungry for the first 2-3 hours anyway. I can go for my first meal when restaurants open and avoid peak hours. Later in the afternoon, all bistros are still opened so I can have a cheaper meal before the evening.

Even though I'm sometimes hungry at night, I discovered I can skip the late meal and wake up the next day with no difference from the times I had a regular dinner.

It caused a reduction of an eating window, so I'm accidentally doing one of the methods of intermittent fasting.
